EMae Policies (Cancelations, Shipping, Returns, and Privacy)

CANCELATIONS

No Order Cancelations. No Order Changes. 

Once your order has been placed it cannot be canceled or changed. 

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS only, within 7 business days of purchase. We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States, including to P.O boxes and military addresses (APO).

Please note: Occasionally, it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive. This is typically due to routing errors or congestion during the holiday season. EMae Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items.

Rush delivery (1-2 days) transit time is guaranteed. If your Rush delivery does not arrive on time please let us know and we will gladly refund your shipping cost.

A tracking number is provided so you can check your package while in transit. We will send you an email confirmation with the tracking number the same day your package is shipped.
 

 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

Please note that due to COVID-19, we have implemented the following return and exchange policy. As part of our COVID-19 response, we currently will NOT allow returns on items.

Defective Merchandise:

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 business days, the sale is final. You must send a photo of the damaged/defected item along with all the details of your order invoice to emaeboutique@gmail.com.

 

Billing Terms 

The Privacy Policy explains how we use private information provided to this website. By using this website, you are accepting these terms and conditions and the practices described in this policy. We may change the practices at any time but they will be posted and we will only apply activities and information on a going forward, not retroactive basis. So please read this section before submitting any transaction to make sure you understand how we use personal information.

 

Payment Methods

Payment is required upon check out. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. 

 

PayPal Payments

We gladly accept PayPal Payments. Payments made through this service are subject to Paypal's terms and conditions.
